Another undergraduate research program opportunity!

Another REU opportunity! I am also participating in an REU program based at Virginia Tech. It’s an interdisciplinary program with a focus on the local Blacksburg watershed. The program is called Dynamics of Water and Societal Systems: An Interdisciplineary Research Program at the Virginia Tech StREAM Lab. My component falls under the physical sciences section so if you are interested in hydrology, streams, and sediment, but want to work in a larger interdisciplinary team, please select that category in your application.

About Kevin McGuire

I am research assistant professor of forest hydrology at Virginia Tech and the Associate Director of the Virginia Water Resources Research Center. My research interests focus on watershed management and forest hydrology, runoff generation processes, tracer and isotope applications in hydrology, and land use and climate change effects on water resources.
